El apartamento de vacaciones MIRADOR está ubicado a una distancia adecuada para ir caminando al centro de San Sebastián.

Con aproximadamente 75 metros cuadrados, dispone de 2 dormitorios, 1 cama de matrimonio y otra con 2 camas.

El principal con cama de matrimonio y el secundario con dos camas individuales, dando a la vivienda una ocupación máxima de 5 personas. El salón es amplio, luminoso y espacioso con un sofá relax y acceso directo a la terraza, al igual que los dos dormitorios principales.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y lista para su uso, y tiene 2 baños completos con ducha que hacen de este apartamento un alojamiento muy cómodo para familias o grupos.

La terraza, con mesa y 4 sillas tiene unas vistas espectaculares sobre el río Urumea, y resulta muy tranquila y agradable tanto de día como de noche.

"Nice and spacious apartment, well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine as well as tel bathrooms. We had rented a car to be able to go on day trips, so the garage was a great asset! From the apartment it's a nice 15 minute walk to Parte Vieja and the beaches - and we found quite a few good pintxo bars and restaurants along the way too, so you don't have to go to the crowded downtown every night. Grocery shops very close by (don't miss the deli store right next to the "normal" shop scora the street), helpful and attentive hosts - and a great 9th floor balcony with river view. Traffic is audible, but it's a city, after all. Absolutely recommended!"

"“Great apartment, just as advertised, clean, tidy and apparently freshly renovated. Serves 5 people very well. Bedclothes and towels as new. + Having a parking place (garage) within 50 m is comfortable but also essential if you travel by car, as vacant parking is a rarity in the city. + A nice surprise was the good washing machine (and dishwasher) in the kitchen! + The location is very good, a little bit outside Old Town, but within easy walking distance (20 mins) through the city center. Easy access to all highways. + Top floor of the building, little noise and fresh breezes when hot."

The interior is stylish and comfortable and the balcony is amazing - especially when you're lucky with the weather, which was also a part of the great experience for us. You are living in a lively area where there is also much traffic around you as you sit and watch the wonderful view of the river, but we quickly got used to it. Este apartamento en San Sebastián está situado cerca del centro de la ciudad y, al principio del barrio de Amara, una zona segura y llena de vida, rodeado de todos los servicios: supermercados, tiendas, bares, farmacia ...

Cuenta con un aparcamiento privado para un coche, que lo convierte en un buen punto de partida para los que tengan intención de descubrir los alrededores de San Sebastián, y realizar excursiones a las ciudades y pueblos de pescadores de la costa vasca.

Para llegar al centro de la ciudad desde el apartamento es muy fácil y atractivo. Un paseo de 10 minutos por el río resulta maravilloso.

También puedes alquilar bicicletas para moverte por la ciudad, ya que hay una buena red de carriles bici que atraviesan la ciudad y que se conecta directamente con el apartamento.

Caminar a la ciudad vieja usted descubrirá más de 200 bares de pintxos, calles estrechas, y un ambiente único para pasar gran tiempo. Durante el día, se puede acceder a la playa de La Concha con mucha facilidad.
